Programs Management Analytics & Technologies (PMAT), Inc., is a Small Business that was established in 2007.  Within our team we have over 200 combined years of tactical combat systems expertise. We are the leading provider of Software Development, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Digital Engineering and Innovation, producing mission ready technical services and solutions to our clients. We support the U.S. Military, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community, and other U.S. Government civil agencies. 

PMAT is focused on the concept of distributed operations and distributed C2 & Combat systems. Through cloud based microservice applications, distributed data architecture, and machine learning we are integrating tactical sensor data with national data in an intuitive way to increase confidence in targeting, operational analysis, and overall multi-domain awareness.  Our team is experienced in supporting a broad DOD community including Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the United States Marine Corps (USMC), US Special Operations Command, United States Coast Guard (USCG) and the Intelligence Community. Supporting our data centric projects are a robust infrastructure and highly experienced team.
