Lindsey McCabe

As PMAT’s Chief Administration Officer (CAO) and Mission Support Branch Program Director, Lindsey oversees Contracts, People Operations (Human Resources and Recruiting), Proposal Strategy and Compliance, Policies and Internal Control Compliance, and Program Execution. She manages and facilitates a team of 25+ professionals across a myriad of functional areas (management, engineering, administration, etc.) to execute PMAT’s Business Operations and provides technical, analytical and program sustainment and support for a spectrum of established efforts and engineering activities, whether in a primary or supporting role. This includes (but is not limited to) military services networks, cyber security and combat systems.

Lindsey has supported the Warfighter since the first day of her career. Prior to joining PMAT in 2020, she began her career as a project analyst and progressed to program manager at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). At NAVAIR, she supported the PMA-290 Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program, P-8A from LRIP through Production as the Industrial Capabilities Communication and Navigation Systems Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and, later, as the IPTL for Minotaur Family of Services, and served as PMA-264 Air Anti-Submarine Warfare (Air ASW) Systems Program Office Deputy IPTL for the Naval Underwater Active Multi-Ping (NUAMP) sonobuoy and Beartrap programs.
