As a key member of our growing team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates with PMAT’s corporate leadership, program leads and team members delivering an attentive and personalized candidate and employee journey experience. Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to overall success of the business. Other duties will include consulting with business leaders on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines and coordinating as a liaison for existing employees.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist Technical Recruiter responsibilities will include:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
  • Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
  • Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness
  • Drive the full cycle recruiting process including: research, requisition management, sourcing of active and passive candidates, offer negotiations and closing
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Act as the benefits liaison with employees and Insperity PEO
  • Maintain data tracking
  • Support social network and corporate web site postings
  • Organize and publish quarterly newsletters

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with full-life cycle recruiting within a minimum of 1 year of cleared technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting technical skillsets such as software engineers, system engineers, Cloud architects, Data Scientists etc
  • Experienced ability to work within a variety of recruiting tools, such as the ATS, while maintaining a focus on accuracy, timely entry, and overall data integrity.
  • Skilled at partnering with internal teams to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
  • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a employee-centered candidate experience
  • A self-starter with critical thinking skills and ability to operate independently without direction
  • The ability to thrive in a complex and fast paced environment involving programs up to and including TS/SCI.
  • Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring manager
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and follow-through
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively based on business demands
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recruiter Certifications such as AIRS or CDR (Highly Preferred)
  • Security Clearance or ability to attain Secret Access within first year.
