Network Engineer
PMAT is seeking a Network Engineer to work on a dynamic, energized team on a leading-edge technology program with an exciting mission critical to national security objectives. Successful candidates in this position will demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem-solving, attention to detail, negotiating competing priorities, and excellent communication skills.
This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a PMAT office, a Government Site, and remotely.
Required Skills:
- Experience with designing, deploying, and advanced support of multi-protocol IP backbone and access networks for DoD Classified networks (SIPR / JWICS),
- Experience in deploying, upgrading, and troubleshooting multivendor network equipment and solutions, including Cisco or Juniper,
- Experience in the automation of application and networking solutions,
- Knowledge of Cloud Environments
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and create implementation strategies for inclusion in the wider network
- Secret clearance (minimum) / Top Secret clearance (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years of networking experience
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Secret classified networks
- IAT Level II Certification
- CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCP Certification
