Recruiter and Staff Planner

Location: Washington DC / Greater Metro Area

Job Qualifications:

Responsible for full life cycle technical recruiting for  positions requiring Top Secret SCI clearances including Security Specialists, Intel Analysts, Systems Engineers, Network Administrators, Software Programmers, and Information Assurance Engineers. Assist with staff management for business development opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Must have relevant B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Experience with IT positions including SW Developers, Systems Administrators, Database developers/administrators, Systems Engineers, IT Program Managers and Project Managers with high level               security clearances.
  • Familiar with staffing for major projects, particular in the DoD arena
  • Communicate continuously with Project Managers and hiring managers to gather job requirements and  collect feedback from candidate submittals and interviews
  • Ability host and participate in job fairs and college recruiting events

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years recruiting candidates in the technical engineering career fields
  • Must be a US Citizen
