One Acquisiton Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.  Pool 4 comprises efforts primarily engaged in conducting research and experimental development in the physical, engineering, and life sciences, such as agriculture, electronics, environmental, biology, botany, computers, chemistry, food, fisheries, forests, geology, health, mathematics, medicine, oceanography, pharmacy, physics, veterinary and other allied subjects. For example, this scope covers R&D in the Sciences services. Awardees consist of only small businesses.

OASIS Small Business (SB) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.

Recognized for its built-in value, time savings and selection, this contract offers a comprehensive array of IT products, services and solutions for federal, state and local government buyers.

  • Require consideration of all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16 pricing alternatives, including fixed-price with or without incentives, cost-reimbursement (all types), Time-and-Material, Labor-Hour, or combinations of these alternatives, to fairly allocate risk between the contractor and Government
  • Require blending of all or some of the above
